LSHS – Arroyo Colorado Watershed – Weslaco

This FREE workshop will focus on watershed health for Arroyo Colorado Watershed and best management practices for grazing uplands and riparian areas. It will include an in-depth discussion of grazinglands management, updates for drift management on hay and grazinglands, maintaining your water well and septic system.  .

Lastly participants will have a chance to submit in soil and well water samples

Soil samples analysis cost and transportation is covered by the LSHS program. Bring samples the June 23

Water Well samples need to be dropped off at D12 or your county AgriLife office Monday June 22 by 10am.  Samples for this event are free of charge.
