LSHS – Mission & Aransas Rivers Watershed – Refugio

This FREE workshop will target watershed health for Mission & Aransas Rivers Watershed.   The workshop focus is best management practices for grazing uplands and riparian areas. It will include an in-depth discussion of grazingland management, updates for weed and brush management on hay and grazinglands, as well as maintaining your water well.

Participants can submit in soil and well water samples

Soil samples analysis cost and transportation is covered by the LSHS program. Bring samples the June 23

Water Well samples need to be dropped off at Refugio or Aransas County AgriLife office Monday June 22 by 10am.  Results will be presented at the workshop.  Samples for this event are free of charge.
