Matagorda SWCD Annual CEU Workshop hosts LSHS for Matagorda Basin WPP – Bay City

This event is Matagorda SWCD’s annual 5 hour CEU workshop.

This workshop will focus on watershed health and best management practices for grazinglands. It will include an in-depth discussion of feral hog management, pond management, as well as updates from the Department of Public Safety.  

The workshop will spotlight Matagorda Basin Watershed (map below), which spreads throughout Matagorda, Wharton, Jackson, Calhoun, Victoria, Dewitt, and Lavaca counties
